Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a broken route, explain what happened after clicking and whether the issue occurred on mobile or desktop. The form confirms receipt with a reference number that can help identify the submission later.
How Privacy Requests Are Processed
Contact requests are reviewed according to the selected topic, the page involved, and whether the website has enough information to investigate. Broken links may be updated, removed, or left unchanged when the website cannot confirm an appropriate replacement. Only information needed for the request should be shared.
Contact Records Are Not Public
The form should not be used to send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, wallet recovery phrases, or complete identity documents. Subscription emails are used for update requests and can be removed through Contact Us. Do not use the form to expose another person’s private information.
